Refund Policy.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
For a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery and dispatch the items back within 14 days of delivery.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Returned items must be returned in original product packaging
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
Email sales@royledesigns.com.au and include your order ID in the subject heading.
Once we have confirmed your return, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Send all items back in the original packaging.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@royledesigns.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
